Martha, Martha, Martha!

First Stop
...Philadelphia
No camera, but we visited The Liberty Bell, Independance Hall,
& the 9th St. Italian Market.
And of course we got cheese steaks,
at my favorite place Sonny's!

Town Hall Tour

The view from the observation deck is awesome,

you can see all of Philadelphia!

We had a few hours in New York
without my kids, yeah!
We visited the site for the World Trade Center,
and got to look out over the site where they are now constructing memorial pools.
We also happened upon an totally random dance skit!

This Globe used to stand between the Twin Towers at the WTC,
but surviving 9-11 now stands as memorial in Battery Park.
& very faintly behind us Lady Liberty herself.

The Manhattan Temple
it was so different from the outside in such a crazy setting
Once inside, it was quiet and peacful and beautiful.
We had the most diverse workers;
one from Haiti, one from Scotland, and a woman from Mexico!
I'm so grateful we got to go, it was such a unique temple experience.
loved the girl time

Okay 1st off: I love your striped cardigan, too cute. 2nd: the Manhattan temple. 3rd: your hair is getting so long...I think when it gets a couple inches longer you should die it dark and do barrel curls.
that's all.
LOVE you.
